Our history
Our history vb&t Group was founded in 1967 and originated from a collaboration at the time of Verbeek from Nijmegen and De Bruyn en Tak, which two organizations started a new management organization in Eindhoven. The name vb&t is an abbreviation of the two founding companies. Several years after its establishment, vb&t continued as an independent organization.
Initially, vb&t focused solely on managing and renting residential and commercial property and managing VVEs (Home Ownership Associations). Later added were sales and purchase services, from the perspective of a full service agency. After more than 50 years, these activities are still part of the service package. Over the past 25 years, vb&t has further developed into a national player in real estate services with the following milestones:
