With the completion of 46 new apartments, the completion of Houthavenkade in Zaandam is getting closer. In recent weeks, dozens of residents have received the keys to their new homes. This is giving this new waterfront residential area more shape.

Houthavenkade consists of a total of 172 freehold rental apartments and is developed in a unique location on the Zaan. The project offers a diverse range of housing options and contributes to the growing demand for quality rental housing in the region. By now, many residents have already found their place in the new neighborhood and the area is becoming increasingly vibrant.

What makes Houthavenkade special is the collaboration between different disciplines within vb&t. From the start of the project, several teams have been involved in the realization and commissioning of the homes. Rental agents provided the apartments for rent and guided home seekers to their new homes. During the completion phase, several colleagues worked together to ensure that residents could get their homes up and running properly.

Even after the completion of the properties, vb&t remains closely involved. The management of the properties is handled by Vastgoedmanagement, which is committed to providing a pleasant living experience for the residents and maintaining the quality of the complex.
