Wonen Limburg and vb&t strengthen cooperation with new SLA

An important milestone in the collaboration between Wonen Limburg and vb&t VvE Diensten: on August 24, the Service Level Agreement (SLA) was officially signed. With this, both parties are laying a solid foundation for a sustainable and successful collaboration in the coming years.

After an intensive process of discussions, coordination, and negotiations, Wonen Limburg and vb&t reached agreement earlier this year on both the management and governance agreement and the SLA. The official signing marks a new phase in which clear agreements, mutual trust, and shared ambitions are central.

Strong cooperation in South-Netherlands

Wonen Limburg is one of the most important partners within Klantteam Zuid. Together, we currently manage approximately 170 Owners’ Associations (VvE’s) and share the ambition to further expand this portfolio.

To further professionalize the service and clearly define expectations, clear agreements have been included in the SLA regarding, among other things:

  • Timely organizing and registering meetings;
  • Sending minutes within the agreed deadlines;
  • The handling of malfunctions and reports;
  • Procedures and responsibilities in exceptional situations and excesses.

These agreements ensure transparency, clear expectations, and efficient collaboration between the two organizations.

Trust as the foundation for further growth

In recent months, Wonen Limburg and vb&t have already taken important steps to further strengthen the collaboration. This has led to improved processes and visible results for both parties.

The trust that Wonen Limburg expresses in vb&t also receives immediate follow-up. As of January 1, 2027, several more VvE’s will be added to our portfolio. By doing so, we will take the next step in the further growth of our cooperation.

We look forward to the future and to jointly creating value for homeowners’ associations, residents, and all the stakeholders involved.
