We are proud to announce that Mark Smits has been appointed as the Operational Director of vb&t Vastgoedmanagement. In addition, Mark has joined as a shareholder of our organization.

Mark started at vb&t as a project manager to progress to the role of Manager ICT & Innovation and MT member. In these positions, with his broad knowledge, entrepreneurship, and commitment, he has made a very important contribution to the development of our organization and the steps we have taken together in recent years.

He combines his enormous commitment and data-driven work with creativity, optimal use of ICT, process-oriented work, and a natural talent for connecting people and ideas. These qualities make him a valued colleague and a strong addition to our management team.

We are therefore particularly pleased that Mark, in addition to his new role as operational director, is also committed to our organization as a shareholder. By doing so, he not only expresses his confidence in the future of our company, but also commits himself to our shared ambitions for the long term.
