The large building will be replaced by separate buildings. On the grounds, amidst the greenery, a community centre will be built where residents, their families and employees can meet. There will also be 3 courtyards with 10 group homes for 90 residents, each with their own studio with a front door, bathroom, a small pantry and a pleasant outdoor space.<\/p>\n<p>Gardens, meadows and walking paths will be introduced between the buildings, which will play an important role in the daily activities of the residents, improving their well-being and allowing them to move freely. Hundreds of solar panels will be installed on the roofs, making the buildings sustainable, and the ground will be used for heating and cooling the buildings.
