With this collaboration, we are taking an important step in our ambition to actively contribute to a circular economy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"vynr6g\" data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"445\">Collaborative steering towards waste reduction and circularity<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"727\">Within this cooperation, separating waste at source is central. We do not do this alone, but together with our tenants. By providing insight into waste streams and focusing on reducing residual waste, we work on concrete and measurable improvements per location.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"806\">Ferdi Van Miltenburg, Technical Manager for the vb&amp;t Care Real Estate client team:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"1313\">\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1313\">\u201cTogether with Milieu Service Nederland, we are looking at how we can separate as much waste as possible at source. We are doing this together with the tenants. This not only contributes to the tenants\u201d social objectives but also helps to keep waste collection affordable. Furthermore, we are actively contributing to our clients' GRESB objectives. With this collaboration, we will steer more specifically based on KPIs to minimise the different waste streams per location.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1wtr2ws\" data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1360\">Societal impact and cost control<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1520\">The importance of this collaboration is also underscored by Milieu Service Nederland. Dennis Ostendorf, Commercial Director of Milieu Service Nederland:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1918\">\n<p data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1918\">\u201cWe believe that genuine sustainability starts at the source. By creating insight into waste streams together with vb&amp;t and the tenants, and by actively focusing on residual waste reduction and improved separation, we make circular waste management tangible and measurable.
