As of June 1st, vb&t has a.s.r. real estate the assignment received for the new construction rental and the (start-up of) property management 175 new-build rental homes in Spectrum at the Stationsweg in Eindhoven.

Spectrum is part of the large-scale development of the station in the center of Eindhoven and contributes to the further transformation of the station area into a vibrant, sustainable and future-proof urban district. The apartment building has 20 floors and offers a diverse range of energy-efficient two- and three-room apartments and spacious special units. All units have a balcony, loggia or terrace, are gas-free, equipped with solar panels and have an energy label A++. The completion of the apartments is planned for the 4th quarter of 2026.
