At the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, the technical colleagues from vb&t Vastgoed & Huisvesting came together for the first vb&t Technology Day. The meeting focused on knowledge sharing, collaboration, and further strengthening the technical expertise within vb&t.

Sharing knowledge and strengthening expertise

Within vb&t there is a wealth of technical knowledge, including in the areas of sustainability, multi-year maintenance plans (MJOPs), technical management, project management, building cost advice, fire safety and (regional) development. By bringing together the expertise from different business divisions and locations, opportunities arise to learn from each other and further develop our services.

During the Technical Day, these topics were discussed in substantive sessions and practical examples from Project Management. A visit to a construction site was also included in the program at the High Tech Campus, as well as an explanation of the further development of technology within vb&t.

Attention to collaboration and personal development

In addition to the technical content, Michael Kortekaas delivered an inspiring session on mental resilience. The day ended with a drinks reception, where colleagues were able to exchange experiences and get to know each other better.

The first vb&t Technical Day emphasizes the importance of knowledge sharing and collaboration among our technical specialties. By pooling expertise and learning from each other, we continue to develop our knowledge and together build the future of vb&t.
