Aedifica has selected vb&t Zorgvastgoed to manage two owned residential care complexes in Eindhoven. The two residential care complexes, Residentie Genderstaete and Residentie Petruspark, comprise a total of 183 independent units with residents aged 80 on average. With its care concept, vb&t focuses on the property and facilities management, working closely with the care staff from Vitalis Zorg and with Seniorenpunt for tenant selection and allocation. Together, we ensure that Aedifica is relieved of its burdens and that residents are provided with a pleasant and safe living environment with tailored care.
