Latest experiences at SPOT Amsterdam launched

On 2 March 2026, we commenced the final handovers of the rental apartments at SPOT Scarlet in Amsterdam. In total, this concerns 40 homes, which are largely let. In the coming period, we will also complete the handover of SPOT Terra; this residential tower is fully let, allowing 262 residents to move into their new homes.

Rental and positioning

Interest among property hunters is high and the rental and handover process is running smoothly and is clear.
