Complaints can be sent in writing or by email to the relevant BV, please refer to our complaints pages for this.

Instances
If you need help with your debts, you can contact the municipality for debt counselling or receive assistance through a trustee. You can apply for trusteeship, among other places, via rechtspraak.nl.

113 Foundation
If you see no way out due to your debts, know that help is available. Through the 113 Suicide Prevention Foundation, you can call or chat for free with a volunteer to receive help.
