End-to-end implementation
vb&t Projectmanagement has had the privilege of providing project management for the new build of HTC91 on behalf of the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, covering both the development and the current realisation phases.
HTC91 concerns the new construction of a multi-tenant office building at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. Eventually, the office building will be the tallest building on the south side of the smartest square kilometre in the world, and it comprises 12 storeys and a total of approx. 12,600 m2 gross floor area.
The building was developed within 12 months in collaboration with INBO, Deerns, and Archimedes. It is a sustainable “smart” office that will be equipped with the latest intelligent building technologies.
Authentic elements
For the realisation, Bouwbedrijf van de Ven and Hoppenbrouwers Installaties have now been selected and have already started work. The walls, columns, and beams will be cast entirely on-site, with the beams and columns being produced at ground level before being assembled on-site.
From development to delivery
The plan development started in December 2022; realisation started in Q2 2023 and completion will take place in Q3 2024.
For this project, we are undertaking the total cost and project management. The work includes, but is not limited to, the design development with external advisors; the selection, pricing, and contract formation; cost management, site supervision, procedural oversight during construction, and aftercare.
