After an extensive tender process, vb&t VvE Diensten has signed the management agreement with VvE Martin Luther Kinglaan 2-630. During a signing ceremony at our office in Amsterdam, the cooperation with the board was officially ratified. As of January 1, 2027, vb&t VvE Diensten will take over the total management of the complex in Diemen.

Total management for 295 apartment rights

The complex, built in 1971, comprises 295 apartment rights and features various technical installations. vb&t VvE Diensten is responsible for the administrative, financial and technical management. In this way, we support the VvE in managing and maintaining the complex and implementing future plans.

Focus on maintenance and sustainability

Several projects and developments are planned for the complex. VvEco has already started work to address the backlog of maintenance work. In addition, there are plans to make the complex more sustainable. Good coordination, expert guidance, and alignment between the involved parties are essential in this process.

With our expertise in condominium management, we contribute to a professional management structure and the further development of the complex, with an eye both to the technical condition and to future-proofing.
