vb&t Development

vb&t launches vb&t Development and welcomes Jeroen Peeters

As of 1 January, Jeroen Peeters will join vb&t as Director of Development. Jeroen brings an impressive track record in delegated project development and area development respectively.

vb&t is experiencing that its clients are increasingly seeking support in the (re)development of properties. We also anticipate that it will become ever more necessary, and consequently desirable, for commercial and social/public property stakeholders to collaborate. vb&t is actively involved with both these client groups, and this new service aligns perfectly.

vb&t Development will be housed in the team of vb&t Project Management. Jeroen Peeters, Arthur Botman and Sander Scheepers have reached a shared vision to shape vb&t Ontwikkeling.

Jeroen Peeters uses his experience to bring parties together and connect interests. Furthermore, with his sharp market insight and forward-thinking vision, Jeroen is capable of fully unburdening development projects. He combines strategic advice with substantive expertise and possesses the quality to guide projects from inception to completion. At vb&t Ontwikkeling, Jeroen will focus on supporting, among others, housing associations, care institutions, and (institutional) investors, whereby vb&t will explicitly not focus on risk-bearing project development itself.

In recent years, Jeroen has been active from Lijn Ontwikkeling B.V. As of 1 January, these activities will be brought under vb&t Ontwikkeling, marking the official launch of these new consultancy services within vb&t.

With vb&t Development, vb&t strengthens its position as a consultant in the property chain. After all, the lifecycle of property begins with a development requirement. By combining our knowledge and services – from land acquisition to development, realisation, sales, management, and VvE management – we are able to fully support clients throughout the entire property cycle.

vb&t Development and vb&t Project Management will form a partnership here, where your development task can seamlessly transition into a project management task.
