Energy Labels: How can we help you?
We can supply energy labels for both homes and businesses at very favourable rates! You can receive your label from us within 10 working days. Without an energy label, a transfer cannot take place.
To determine the label, the dwelling and/or business must be assessed by a certified EPA advisor. Why an energy label?
From 1 January 2021, it is compulsory to provide a property with an energy label when selling or renting it out.
What does the EPA advisor take on?
You get the energy label from the energy consultant who recorded the characteristics of your home or business. These labels can be divided into classes A++++ (green: very economical) to G (red: very inefficient). It indicates how energy-efficient the home is when you compare it to other homes. It includes more information you can use to make the house more sustainable.
Good energy label? The lower your energy bill.
This indication is based on average figures for properties or businesses of the same type as yours. The total energy consumption was taken into account. This includes heating, hot water, or cooling of your property. Not everyone lives as frugally, which is why there is a subdivision into low, average, and high energy consumption.
